I cannot say enough amazing things about Jackson as a realtor and a person! No stone was left unturned in finding us the best possible home and selling our original home. He is thoughtful, persistent (in the best way,) kind, responsive, organized, incredibly knowledgeable, hard working and connected (important b/c we were looking in highly sought after neighborhoods and he often knew about properties before they were listed!) Answered every question we had and then some and we never felt rushed or pressured to compromise on what we wanted. Basically everything you want your realtor to be! I would recommend him to anyone, and if the need arises for us again, he will be our go-to realtor from here on out in Nashville.

stress free, pleasant and win/win for all parties. agents can take the lesson of keeping stress out of transaction for buyer and seller. jackson was masterful at this. we were happy to pay his fee because he earned it and made everything easy. Jackson kept communication to necessary information and was good to not waste everyone's time with a lot of commentary no one was asking for ie: about buyers needs/wants market , Agent fees, etc. His questions were direct and specific to the transaction and he listened well. Another great quality - listening. He presented an offer that created value for all the parties involved. He kept the focus on the what the seller/buyer wanted and not on his fee.
