Joel Fenner was extremely professional and courteous to our urgent needa! He has worked in our home before and we contacted him again for his expertise. We have a Rheem water heater. We needed a part ordered directly from Rheem and Kelvin took care of it by contacting the company and expedited the shipping! The part took 2 days to come in and Kelvin came to repair our water heater that same day! We are so relieved to have a repair man like Kelvin!
