I come from the hospitality industry, and this course was exceptional at preparing me for the next step in my career.I always looked forward to class. My instructor, Desire, made the difference. I can’t recommend her enough. She was effective at breaking down all the nuances of bartending, such as the craft, customer service, and food safety. My favorite day was mixology, where Desire brought in real-world ingredients and encouraged us to play around with a variety of flavors, thus helping us understand the individual components that make up a drink.With her hands-on approach, I felt prepared to work behind a bar.So prepared, in fact, that I showed my boss my free pour and was offered a bartending position after week one.Not to mention that Elite Bartending hires its own students for events, so your investment is guaranteed a return.Shout-out to Desire and Elite Bartending.
