Karl came out personally and spent time listening to what we were trying to accomplish instead of just trying to sell us a lighting package. We wanted our backyard and patio to feel like a resort at night. Karl designed a lighting plan that did exactly that. The lighting looks natural, highlights the landscaping, trees, and architectural features of our house, and completely changed the look and feel of our house and yard after dark. We've debated on adding some lighting along our driveway and all of a sudden we received a promo piece from Luminocity. Contacted them to get their input and was impressed with what Karl had proposed. His ideas were different than ours but he encouraged us to go with what he proposed and if we didn't like it he would make whatever changes we wanted. Needless to say no changes were made and we asked Karl to do more lighting. All we can say is that we were very impressed with what Karl and his team accomplished.
