One year ago I never thought I would be be here! I was at my lowest point in my life! I weighed close to 290 pounds, I was depressed, Type 2 Diabetic, had sleep apnea, bad knees, & high cholesterol! But here I am 1 year later and I've lost 140 pounds on the CLHAW journey. I have learned so much about myself and have not only improved my health, but also my relationship with food, my family, and my friends! My A1C is 5.2, I don't have sleep apnea any longer, and have been playing pickleball, hiking and golfing without pain in my knees!
