I reached out to this company to have the air ducts cleaned at my mother’s home for $97. The technician did a good job with the air duct cleaning, and I appreciate that. However, things became concerning when he moved on to the dryer vent cleaning. The first 10–15 feet were included at no additional charge, which the representative explained over the phone. However, we were not asked for permission before additional footage was added. We were later told he went an additional 10 feet, resulting in a $120 charge. The technician also repaired the dryer tube, which was an additional $40, and then went onto the roof, which added another $150. We did agree to the roof and dryer tube portion. He also went into the attic, and somehow the 4-inch aluminum elbow duct piece connected to the gooseneck, along with the strap connected to the dryer duct run, was no longer there. We were then quoted $700 to replace and install the piece. The total bill ended up being around $500. After I questioned the charges and what had happened, the price was reduced by nearly $100. I’m all for supporting businesses, and I believe in paying people fairly for their work. However, customers also deserve honesty, transparency, and clear communication. Additional work or charges should be discussed and approved before the work is performed. Please be upfront about pricing, ask permission before adding services or additional footage, and make sure customers understand exactly what they’re being charged for. Communication and transparency go a long way, especially when you’re working in someone’s home.

The absolute worst. They will offer you $97 air duct and dryer cleaning and then keep rescheduling you to a later date. When you try to get information about why they won’t tell you or call you back! Do yourself a favor and and go elsewhere! Again the worst. And super unprofessional!

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I originally scheduled their advertised $97 AC and dryer duct cleaning special, but ended up being charged an additional $77 because my dryer duct was apparently three feet longer than what was included. That brought the total to $177 before they even tried to upsell me. After that, they opened my AC unit and tried pressuring me into an additional cleaning and sanitizing service for almost $500. I declined the service, and immediately after they left, my air conditioner stopped working, even though it was working perfectly before they arrived. I called the company back, and they returned to “fix” the issue. The AC started working again temporarily, but by the next day it stopped working once more. When I contacted the company to complain, I was told they had changed a part without properly discussing it with me beforehand, and they basically claimed the issue was not their responsibility. They then offered to come back out again, but said I would have to pay for any repairs. Overall, the experience felt dishonest, unprofessional, and very concerning. I now have an AC that is not functioning properly after their visit, along with unexpected charges and poor customer service.

First experience with Monument Air Pros and they absolutely nailed it. Palma Ceia house, older construction, and the dryer vent was packed with lint. Michael pulled out what looked like a small animal's worth of lint from that thing. In and out clean, no mess left behind. Setting a reminder to book again next year.

I was a little skeptical going in — I'd heard stories about duct cleaning companies that just vacuum for 20 minutes and call it a day. Leon was the opposite of that. He spent nearly two hours at our Brandon house doing it properly. Walked me through the inspection, showed me exactly where the buildup was, and explained why certain vents were underperforming. I left a different review on Yelp too because I feel strongly about this one.

Good company. Ami was solid — found a couple vents in our Wesley Chapel place that were barely pushing air at all. He cleared them out and threw in a quick efficiency check. Didn't charge extra. That kind of thing matters.
