I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I originally scheduled their advertised $97 AC and dryer duct cleaning special, but ended up being charged an additional $77 because my dryer duct was apparently three feet longer than what was included. That brought the total to $177 before they even tried to upsell me. After that, they opened my AC unit and tried pressuring me into an additional cleaning and sanitizing service for almost $500. I declined the service, and immediately after they left, my air conditioner stopped working, even though it was working perfectly before they arrived. I called the company back, and they returned to “fix” the issue. The AC started working again temporarily, but by the next day it stopped working once more. When I contacted the company to complain, I was told they had changed a part without properly discussing it with me beforehand, and they basically claimed the issue was not their responsibility. They then offered to come back out again, but said I would have to pay for any repairs. Overall, the experience felt dishonest, unprofessional, and very concerning. I now have an AC that is not functioning properly after their visit, along with unexpected charges and poor customer service.

This company is completely fraudulent. They offered a $97 Special to clean the ducks in my home. When the technician came to perform the job, he tried selling me an extra service. I never agreed to the extra service. Since suppostly he performed it, again without my authorization, I felt responsible to pay. When I received the receipt he was charging me double of what he tried selling me the service for. He was arguing back and forth with me and said he will speak to his boss to bring it down a $100. Still upset, while I was in the middle of a Zoom call for my job, I signed the receipt. The next day my AC air handler was making a weird noise. When we opened it we can clearly see he didn't perform the job at all! I was also charged to clean out the Dryer vent (which was part of the original special) and the technician never even moved my dryer to do the job. I have contacted the company multiple times requesting to speak to the owner and they continue to give me the run around. They even had the technician call me pretending to be the boss arguing with me why did I pay for a service that wasn't performed. I have requested for a manager and a new technician to come to my house and verify my claims and they just refuse to deal with the situation. I have filed a dispute with my CC company providing all the proof. I've also filed with local police department and will be going to small claims court. This is disgusting behavior and they need to be shut down. I would have never known they didn't perform the job if I wouldn't have opened the ac unit. Not only am I having to deal with this issue but now my ac unit, which was working perfectly fine, is now making a weird noise so I'm going to have to call another company to take a look at it and lose money on that. Completely unacceptable!

Michael pulled out what looked like a small animal's worth of lint from that thing. In and out clean, no mess left behind. Setting a reminder to book again next year.

I was a little skeptical going in — I'd heard stories about duct cleaning companies that just vacuum for 20 minutes and call it a day. Leon was the opposite of that. He spent nearly two hours at our Brandon house doing it properly. Walked me through the inspection, showed me exactly where the buildup was, and explained why certain vents were underperforming. I left a different review on Yelp too because I feel strongly about this one.
