We had a great experience with Martin Septic in Inola! When we woke up and realized we had a problem, they responded almost immediately and were out to us much faster than we expected! Same day service is so rare these day. Much less to make the call and have help within a few hours. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. It never felt rushed or confusing. They were friendly, respectful, and easy to work with the whole time and that meant so much to us! It may sound cliche but what impressed us most was how much they genuinely cared about doing the job right. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly before they left and that all our questions were answered. You can tell they take pride in their work. In May of 2024 a tornado came through and tore out some trees causing me to seek septic repair. I contacted another company who gave me one option with a hefty price tag. I wasn’t pleased with that one option and found Martin Septic on fb and I called he was here a few days later to give me an estimate that I was pleased with and came out within a week to do the repair saving me thousands of dollars. He is friendly and stuck to his word and kept me informed throughout. Being a single woman I’m so thankful for the honesty and saving me from needless expense. Thanks so much.
