Super happy with this garage door repair service. They showed up on time, figured out the issue quickly, and had everything fixed without any issues. The tech was friendly, explained what was going on, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need.The door works perfectly now and is way quieter than before. Pricing was fair and upfront, which I really appreciated. Overall just a really smooth, easy experience. Would definitely recommend and would use them again.

Met AGD at the Home Show at GRB. Made a request for them to come and take a look at my garage door because the spring (Wayne Dalton) wasn’t working properly. Jerrod and Dylan came and made an assessment free of charge and explained the problems. The next day they returned to perform a torsion conversion. Both gentleman were exceptional; very courteous and professional. Thank you!

Access Garage Doors did an excellent job fixing my garage door after it came off the tracks. They arrived quickly, worked efficiently, and were very thorough in explaining both the problem and the steps it would take to get to a solution. Called these guys to fix our two garage doors, one of which was dented and not opening and both without working remotes. We also had them do lubrication and maintenance on both as that hasn’t been done in awhile and these doors/motors are 20 years old. One of the motors needed to be fully replaced but they worked with us and did an excellent job for a fair price. Now we have two working doors again.

The crew worked a full four hours in the heat and even pouring rain—never losing their professionalism or friendliness. I have Wayne Dalton doors on my garage. I have called some other companies in the past and they wont touch them. I went on Angi’s list and Access was on there. Called and they came out, then explained the difference and how Dalton doors are set up. They told me how they can change it over for a better price. They took their time and made it work perfectly. Both guys were very good and personable. I recommend them to anyone. My opinion is that smaller companies are the best. They have not lost sight of what the customer needs. Excellent service!
