Esther was introduced to me by my brother who is a realtor in Washington State where I also live. I was looking for a specialist in reverse mortgages. Esther was exactly that, a specialist. Located in California, she held our hands and walked us through the analysis and ultimately the closing of a reverse mortgage FHA loan via all of the virtual and amazing contemporary technology available today. Not only knowledgeable, Esther is an amazing communicator. With every detail and step along the way, she was on top of the process, understanding of the challenges, helpful resolving them all while moving the process along as quickly and carefully as possible. Either by phone, email or text there was not a time when Esther did not immediately respond, answer our questions or keep the process moving forward.
