I highly recommend Dylan for any roofing work. After some heavy rain, we discovered a leak and called him out to inspect the roof and carry out any necessary repairs.Dylan was energetic, responsive, and professional from the start. He arrived exactly when he said he would and quickly identified the problem. It turned out that only a couple of roof tiles had shifted, and a retaining clip that should have been installed originally was missing. He fixed the issue on the spot.What really impressed me was his honesty. He told us it was a simple 20-minute job that cost him virtually nothing, so he didn't charge us for it. In an industry where not everyone is transparent, that level of integrity is refreshing.To put it in perspective, we had another roofer come out earlier who quoted $300 for the same issue and warned that the price would increase to $400 if we didn't proceed immediately. Dylan could easily have taken advantage of our lack of roofing knowledge, but instead he was honest, straightforward, and focused on doing the right thing.It's great to see a young business owner building his reputation through genuine customer service and integrity.
