I went in and they gave me a sweat sock, free of charge, which fixed that problem of it turning off. But it seemed to come out of place when I talked and ate. They had me come back in and they fixed the length and size of the ear buds, again free of charge. Now the hearing aid works all the time and stays in place. Doctor Marty know what he is doing and will make sure you get what your paying for and are happy with the results. I now have nothing but praises for the people at cleartone. Don't go any where else. Cleartone is the only place I've seen that works until you are happy, even years after your purchase. They will test you go over the test results explain your hearing situation show you a printout so you can see exactly where you're here and you said you know what levels and they'll go over what your options are if you need or don't need any type of hearing device. If you do need a hearing aid they can make it right here that day or they can if need be ordered and have you come back. They do accept insurance but if you don't have insurance they also have any house financing where you put so much down it didn't make monthly payments so regardless if you have a hearing needs or lost and need a hearing device or hearing aid with a little bit of a down payment you can get the device you need and be able to hear communicate more effectively and enjoy your exposures with other people and entertainment as well. So I went to a competitor and got a set of hearing aids that work first time visit and i didn't have to wait a month to get it. I am very please. If anyone needs a charger for Cleartone hearing aid I have one for sale and a left ear hearing aid. Sadly these were so poorly setup that i lost the right one without even knowing it. So i received an voicemail from Troy at Cleartone. He wanted to know how he could help, but in fact only wanted more money, as if screwing me out of $10,000 dollars wasn't enough. I told him he should consider at least giving me part of my money, back which he refused to do. Folks if you need a good set of hearing aids I suggest you go to Owasso and check out the place there. The gentleman did a fantastic job and got me hearing aids that worked the first time. Ok so the price was around $9500 so that is a big difference. I am the one who has been paying on this insurance for years so you saying the insurance paid for it. Well that just tells me what kind of moral character you have! Once they have your money they will have nothing but excuses. The people working with you are for the most part VERY RUDE! Less

Husband went in in Nov 2018 and we specifically asked about the background noise magnification and told he would get used to it. Went back a couple of times and complained about all the background noise. It is so bad he has to turn them off or remove them. We were told they wanted him to wear them for at least 6mo.
