These ladies are fantastic!!! My 2 yr old really struggles with haircuts, and they are always so patient, kind, and understanding with him. They never make us feel rushed or uncomfortable and truly go above and beyond to make him feel safe and cared for. As a mom, it means so much to have a place that treats both of us with such kindness and compassion. We are so grateful for the way they take care of us every time we come in. Highly recommend!

We’ve struggled for a long time to find a place that could handle our daughter’s haircuts. She’s a sensory seeker who’s constantly on the move and has never been a fan of sitting still for a haircut. After multiple stressful attempts elsewhere, we decided to try Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids in Belden Village, Canton.From the moment we walked in, the friendly welcome set a great tone. Our stylist, Sara, was absolutely phenomenal. She was incredibly patient, kind, and flexible—adapting everything to our daughter’s needs and comfort level while still giving her a fantastic haircut. We were so impressed with how well she handled the situation.We will absolutely be back as regular clients and will always request Sara when she’s available. She even gave our daughter a balloon at the end, which helped turn the experience around completely. After a slightly traumatic start, our little girl left calm and happy.Thank you, Sara and the whole Sharkey’s team—you’ve made a huge difference for our family!

We took our 18 month old son to Sharkey's for his first haircut and had a great experience! The stylist did a great job keeping him comfortable. My son loved his balloon! Laura did my 18 month old son’s first haircut today. He was very uncooperative and hard to work with but she was patient and kind and she did just as good with him as we had hoped. Everyone in the salon was trying to help calm him down from turning Mickey Mouse on to offering him a sucker to letting him sit on his dads lap. Despite everything, We left pleased with his little mullet. Thanks Laura, and sorry for the trouble!

Sara did an amazing job with my son Kennedy today! We got the first haircut package. He had a blast in the airplane, watching pinkfong and playing with the clean and sanitized toys provided. They also gave him a certificate, saved his locks for Mama, a photo and a bright green balloon. Im extremely satisfied. We will be back!
