I feel compelled to give a thorough review because this company definitely deserves it. They filed our Articles, Statement of Information, and applied for the EIN. They also established our Virtual Office and business phone number. Shabazz and his team also established our website and company logo, came up with the mission statement, and designed our website to perfection. For whoever is reading and wants to establish a non-profit, in most cases, you want to go with the long form to get your tax exemption. If you do the short form, which is only 3 pages, you can not go over $50,000 in revenue. If you anticipate bringing in more, then go with the long form. It will take every bit of the 180 days to process, but it is worth the wait. Once we were awarded our Tax Exemption from the IRS, Mr. Shabazz and his team proceeded to file the California Form 3500. Here in California, we have a franchise tax. Shabazz stated we needed to file this to be exempted from the $800 annual fee from the state. They also assisted with the structuring of the business bank accounts. To put the icing on the cake, Mr. Shabazz got us approved for the Google grant for Nonprofits. We no longer have to pay for e-mails or anything associated with Google Workspace. We also have $10,000 a month to advertise through Google. We are ready to take off with our organization! I would give 100 stars for this review!

This company has been such a blessing! Maurice, Nicole, and their team established 2 Corporations for me which are BAND AID ENTERTAINMENT, INC. and HORNDOG, INC. They also set up the websites for my other 2 companies, GEEK DESIGN STUDIO LLC and PHONE GEEK LLC. I got several business credit cards with zero percent interest with Chase, Amex, and Citi just to name a few. They just really have a deep expertise when it comes to business structuring, development, and finance. If you are looking for business credit, funding, or structuring or even looking to start a company these people are legit as they come! Lucky to get one star! I didn't find their services helpful and their process is very robotic. I hired them for one specific fix to my credit report and they were never able to fix it. In the meantime they kept charging me and blamed me for everything. Not very professional and Nicole was very difficult to work with. I do not recommend this business.
