I’ve been attending Top Condition Personal Training for almost two years now 😳 and honestly, I still question on a weekly basis whether I love it or absolutely hate it 😂. But the fact it’s the longest I’ve ever stuck to anything involving exercise says more than enough.What I love most is that when I walk into Top Condition, I can be completely myself. It’s not one of those judgemental gym environments (even when you've had a wardrobe malfunction and it's squat day and your leggings are see-through 🤦🏽♀️). The relaxed atmosphere, especially in the early days, is probably the only reason I kept showing up!Within a few weeks I started feeling stronger, and now nearly two years on I’m visibly stronger. I enjoy the challenge of the structured workouts, and I especially enjoy having the freedom to say “I don’t want to do that today" or, if you’re anything like me, “Nope. Not happening today.” 😂The guidance from the trainers has been vital to my progress and still is.Tony, Emma and Dylan each bring something different to the sessions. They’re patient, they’re perfectionists when it comes to form, and they somehow make sure you leave feeling like you’ve been properly worked—but in a good way.Would I recommend Top Condition? Absolutely.They’ve given me structure, confidence, familiarity, and the motivation to keep going. Whether you’re someone who wants to dive in five days a week or just fit in two sessions, Top Condition will work around you. You leave feeling accomplished and, most importantly, like you definitely moved!
