I've been a member of TCPT now for over a year and I'm so glad I joined. I remember how anxious I felt before my first session, and it quickly went out the window and I was made to feel at ease and welcomed. I really enjoy being part of the gym, and love the classes and variety. Using the PT along with diet changes, I've shifted over 20kg in a year, feeling leaner and stronger. It's been a huge transformation. It's worth every penny.
