Josh is the best in the business I worked with him for years. He’s a perfectionist doesn’t get any better. Very fairly priced and knows exactly what he’s doing any project you need done at your home. He’s the one to call.

I highly recommend Josh and his team. An honest and respectful contractor with great quality of work, on time and budget. I have used a few contractors in the past and he is the best and now my go to. He’s also worked on many of my friend’s houses and they are just as happy.

We are extremely happy with the garage remodel Takton did which included a music studio and gym area. We get a lot of compliments on the design and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend this company for any remodeling work.

Josh has an abundance of knowledge when it comes to contracting and constructing. He knows the permitting and planning processes very well. Josh helped our family with renovations on our first home and also offered us the right advice when we chose to do some DIY renovations. His advice helped us complete our own DIY projects well, and without we may have had to redo them. Thank you Josh for saving us a time or two! We also were the first tenants of an ADU that Josh and his team built. It was lovely and complete with excellent craftsmanship. My husband and I will always remember that ADU with good memories. Josh really knows his craft and is a great communicator on all of his projects.
