Josh has an abundance of knowledge when it comes to contracting and constructing. He knows the permitting and planning processes very well. Josh helped our family with renovations on our first home and also offered us the right advice when we chose to do some DIY renovations. His advice helped us complete our own DIY projects well, and without we may have had to redo them. Thank you Josh for saving us a time or two! We also were the first tenants of an ADU that Josh and his team built. It was lovely and complete with excellent craftsmanship. My husband and I will always remember that ADU with good memories. Josh really knows his craft and is a great communicator on all of his projects.

I have personally seen the work Takton construction has performed through friends and used them on my house and was glad I did. Josh made it easy to work with and came up with new innovated ideas to make my home better than I imagined. The crews working at my house kept it clean which is extremely hard to come by these days.
