Called twice and spoke with Sergio, the owner, both times. First call I asked about used 30x9.50R15 all-terrain tires — told flatly they don't sell used tires, period. Called back to ask about mechanical work, since their listing says they do it. Was told "we don't do mechanical." When I pointed at the listing, he said they do suspension — which he then claimed "isn't mechanical." Rude and condescending on both calls. Women calling about their own vehicles should know what they're walking into — nobody should have to have their spouse call for them.

This shop installed the incorrect tires on my K1500 Chevy Suburban. After getting a flat tire in Arizona, Discount Tires in Flagstaff told me they can not replace the same tire on my vehicle because it was underrated for my large vehicle, a 4 ply tire when a 10 ply is required. I confronted the shop owner at SG Soto and the fault was diverted back to me. You might get good service but I have noticed too many mistakes from this shop.

Friendly good service. But I think they only do one car at a time. So there is a wait.

Gave me a great price, worked with me excellently through the issues we came across, and above all else were quick and kind the whole way through. Definitely will be back for future tire swaps.

We got a flat tire coming up the mountain into Tehachapi. Stopped at S.G. Soto, and the service techs were super quick and friendly. Would definitely recommend this shop.
