Originally I was a big fan of this location. Compared to some of its competition in the city, it’s significantly more clean and less garbage items like glitter, etc get churned through.These Amazon return bin places are a great place for anybody, especially those on a budget or who love the thrill of a treasure hunt. I have found many great items for my home for a fraction of the price it would cost me new and riding the high of getting a “steal of a deal”.Over the past few months the experience has quickly soured from people’s greed and lack of staff enforcement of rules. Unless you plan to be 1-2 hours early on restock days, getting anything decent is next to impossible due to people dog piling those days with their families / friends and bringing large trolleys that block the aisles. The staff don’t care and I have repeatedly spoken to them about some sort of enforcement to stop a single family from dumping every time they find into a cart and hoarding it. These bad actors who pursue these greedy acts have completely ruined the entire experience of the shop, prompting me to give it 1 star.Until the staff or owner develops a back bone for having some sort of balance or fairness towards all of it customers, I wouldn’t bother wasting your time here unless it’s on a cheaper day and you’re bored.Honestly immensely disappointing that such a fun and rewarding store for lower income people has been ruined by the greed of scalpers/resellers. An absolute steal when it comes to deals at this location. And some really good quality and genuine Amazon returns products found here. You have just be lucky on which day of the week you are visiting and the price point you find what you are looking for.You will honestly experience a very pleasant but very efficient staff members at this location. They are always happy to help with any product queries I had and also when I needed any electronic item to be tested before purchase.A special mention to my cashier at the time Ms. Sangeetha who helped me through the checkout process and also helped me sign up for the membership-rewards program.I surely would be returning to this location !!!
