Abdul and I had some great back and forth on how to remediate a major structural issue and was responsive to my ideas but also firm as to what should be done to meet his professional standards. To add to that, he was extremely responsive in a rapid manner to my questions and fast to supply drawings and a City of Ottawa permit. Highly recommend this company. Super professional and knowledgeable. Received a comprehensive package of the wall assessment with engineering stamp including pictures of the areas they looked at.
