I'd 10000% recommend Frank's Septic Service to anyone needing anything to do with Septic issues! My wife is active duty military and her new orders have her stationed at Travis Air Force Base for the next 3 years. We'd never been to the Fairfield/Vacaville/NorthCali area and were facing the daunting prospect of another cross-country move and renting and/or buying a new place from 1,800 miles away.We found the perfect house for us near the base and were very surprised when they accepted our offer! Only to find out a few days later that the house had a septic issue and it had failed its "leach field drain test" the year prior. The agent tried to convince us that it wasn't a big deal - "there's only 2 of you." "It's not like you're a big family living there." etc. etc." - however the more I read about it online, the more concerned I became that this could be a VERY expensive problem for us one day. Not to mention, we were looking to do a VA loan, so any issue with the septic could/would be a HUGE problem for VA lenders.Frank's Septic had done the inspection the year before, so I called and asked to speak to the Inspector who could discuss the issue with me. The Inspector was great/very helpful, but to really discuss the issue/leach fields in general, he connected me with their owner, Sean.Sean was fantastic! Seriously, he's the type of owner/businessman that you look for each category in life and then recommend to all your friends (mechanic, plumber, etc.). From the start he was patient in hearing the backstory, my concerns, discussing the issue, its potential consequences, and ways to fix them. He offered to stop by the house that very evening to check out the property and offer his thoughts on what we were looking at.That evening, Sean texted me some pictures and called with his thoughts. I'd called a couple of other companies when first researching the issue and they quoted huge $ amounts just to dig up/diagnose the exact cause of the issue. Sean's proposal was much more reasonable and logical - a smaller $ amount to get started at the top of the system and they'd work their way down, inspecting/fixing the septic's drainage/leach field as they went.Instead of this being a hugely expensive/long job that might alarm/disrupt the VA inspections/home buying process, Sean and his team were in and out in a day and a half. They completely dug up all of the old broken pipes and replaced them with new, much stronger, ones. Sean constantly kept me updated on the project, their findings, its estimated cost, etc. all along the way. They ended up completing the project/100% resolving the issue, and at a total cost that was HALF of what a lot of quotes were online. Afterwards, the invoicing/payment aspects of paying the bill (along with the Seller) when we closed on the house a few weeks later wasn't an issue at all.Communication, honesty, transparency, knowledge/experience, skill, professionalism, customer service, and ease of working with - in my experience, Frank's Septic Service was really top-notch at all of these things. What more could you ask for in a company? Less

Moment I called yesterday, Miko answered and was very professional and scheduled for next day service. Very impressed with the customer service and nice to have a live person to talk too. They came out on time and service was absolutely amazing, answered my questions and was very knowledgeable about the septic tank and leach fields, they cleaned our filter and added enzymes and gave us a whole year supply. The best customer service experience received. Can not THANK YOU enough as now a days customer service lacking in general. Thank you:) we will continue to stick with FRANKs for all future maintenance as they were very professional and trust worthy. Less

Frank's Septic Service is the only choice when your septic system is causing you issues. I had a problem, these folks responded immediately. Nick and Caden showed up on-site early, took care of my septic tank (even though I didn't know where it was buried). Their equipment is top-notch. They gave me a fair price as well as a list of things they found during the service. Can't recommend this company enough! Less
