I’ve had a great experience with Steeline Bathurst from start to finish. My first order was for Nailstrip cladding for my house in COLORBOND® Matt Monument — an awesome product that looks fantastic. The team was really helpful with the ordering process, and it was all manufactured locally in Bathurst and delivered to my site in Orange. The delivery driver was professional and went out of his way to help.My last order was for some Lokdek roofing which they manufactured and delivered in just 3 days on their own extendable truck — couldn’t be happier. 5 stars from me — I’ll definitely be using Steeline Bathurst again!

After having several years trade experience and dealing with numerous company’s in my time and travels, I can’t recommend Steeline Bathurst enough. Personally I’ve found the Bathurst branch to be the best to deal with when it comes to any job. Whether it was residential fencing/roofing or smaller backyard sheds, to some of the largest commercial shed’s I’ve seen or built in the central west. I’d like to commend Shannon and his team on their professionalism and diligence they apply to all jobs as I find it quite rare to see that level of pride these days... From design to delivery these guys are on top of the game and their client base in the region shows that. On many occasions I’ve even needed small custom flashings that were a fair brain twist, and Shannon was always more than happy to sit down and help me out with the appropriate design. Great to deal with, great product, and honestly the best prices you’ll get in the central west. As I’m close to retirement, thank you Shannon and your team Steeline Bathurst. We started designing our shed (using the 3D Shed Build application from the Steeline’s website) and enquiring about the quote. As time went on, there were changes made to our original specification and finally after four months later we decided to go for 2 sheds and a green house (frame and fixing only for the green house). During this time we dealt a lot with Mark Johnson from the Bathurst office. We appreciate his efforts, patience, attitude and professionalism in dealing with our requirements. We are so happy with the quality end products, even our builders and neighbours admire our sheds and green house.

Had to follow up 3 times with no reply on my order to then find out it needed to be paid for in advance. Immediately dropped in and paid with representative telling me she dropped the ball in replying to email enquiry. Was told would be contacted when ready. No contact but apparently was ready nearly 2 weeks a go. Appalling level of customer service. Appalling level of communication. Quality product but pre and post sale experience terrible. Unfortunately one of the only gigs in town.
