Mike, or MIkie, did the installation of the new Kohler toilet. He was excellent to work with here at home, and did an excellent job in every respect. First rate. I had total confidence in him immediately as I saw how he worked and dealt with me. He worked clean and efficiently and the job came out looking great. Nice people in the office too, especially Stacy.

I have patronized Potty Doctor and a few occasions for repairs and upgrades in an old home. The service, work quality, and expertise is second to none! Stacey has always bee great to deal with on the phone and so very helpful. All the technicians who came out to do projects have been absolutely fabulous and performed stellar work. I'm very happy with my experience. Right from the start the girl who answered the phone was amazing! I called with a semi urgent leak and someone was dispatched within 45 minutes. Within 20 minutes I had a quote and 45 minutes later the guys were here to start my installation. The other company I called couldn't make it out for 2 days. Cody the installer was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He got right to work and 3 hours later I had beautiful new shower fixtures and no more leaks.
