Dillon and his team did an extensive repair on a residential flat roof here in Traverse City. After a thorough assessment of the roof, Dillon determined it did not require a complete removal, which was a significant cost savings.Communication was prompt and detailed, and they were able to begin work within 1 week of the bid. There was some additional rot and work that needed to be done, and the negotiation for the change was forthright and fair.Dillon uses quality materials and workmanship. He conducts business with integrity and I would highly recommend him.

We were very pleased with Northern Brothers Construction Company when we moved. They were very pleasant, very fast, they worked together as a team and got us moved in in one day. We would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

Dillion and his team are both professional and efficient. They have been helping with maintenance on our short term rental for almost a year now and we have had nothing but positive experience from them. I would recommend them to anyone!
