Sharing a 100% POSITIVE experience with Washington Flyer Taxi (WFT) , & a NEGATIVE experience with UBER & LYFT. On a Tuesday evening at 9:45pm, UBER & LYFT had zero cars at Dulles/IAD. For 30 minutes, neither app could find me a car to go to the Navy Yard in SE Washington DC. Eventually, UBER found a driver 17 minutes away. NOPE! I walked down to WFT and immediately got in a car. Estimated fare? The same as UBER & Lyft. My $90 ride with "ALAM" was BRILLIANT. Lesson learned. Use WFT at IAD.

My wife and I have been using this family owned and operated car service for atleast the last 6 years. When we travel, nothing is more important to us than promptness and safety. They are always available, always early, their fleet of cars are new and clean, and their service is professional. There’s something to be said about the personal feel we get with them.We always have an outstanding experience, and we’ll be using them as long as they’ll have us!10/10 Recommend!!

Angel took 7 of us to a funeral traveling from Virginia to North Carolina on short notice. The service was excellent! Very friendly and accommodating when we asked to stop for bathroom breaks and lunch break. The car was spotless and comfortable! I would highly recommend this company and planto use them again in the future.

Angel is a phenomenal driver. He is very kind and punctual and helped us with our luggage every time. His car is very spacious and clean and he’s an excellent driver. Angel communicated us through text and we never lifted a finger when we arrived at the airport. We also used him when we returned to DC. He drives to both Dulles and DCA. We have used him on previous trips and plan to use him again in the future. We highly recommend him to anyone in need of a Great driver!!
