Every question I asked was taken seriously and answered (and I had lots of them). Installation of the panels was configured in a more advantageous way than was proposed by a different firm, providing maximum access to sunlight, since I have ponderosa shading some of my roof. The panels are warranted for 30 years, 5 more than is usual in the industry. The included electrical panel upgrade that was needed was at a very affordable cost, significantly less than I was quoted elsewhere, so a great savings there. Everyone at Alt-E, from office personnel to installers, were meticulous, prompt, courteous and reliable in every way. I am thoroughly satisfied with them and highly recommend them
