Rick and Dylan explained every aspect of solar installation in complete and thorough detail over the several weeks it took me to decide to go ahead with the project. Every question I asked was taken seriously and answered (and I had lots of them). Installation of the panels was configured in a more advantageous way than was proposed by a different firm, providing maximum access to sunlight, since I have ponderosa shading some of my roof. The panels are warranted for 30 years, 5 more than is usual in the industry. The included electrical panel upgrade that was needed was at a very affordable cost, significantly less than I was quoted elsewhere, so a great savings there. Everyone at Alt-E, from office personnel to installers, were meticulous, prompt, courteous and reliable in every way. I am thoroughly satisfied with them and highly recommend them
