Had a stretch session today after buying a package deal. Today’s session was JUST what I needed after a long week of intense gym workouts. My legs were so sore going in and I left relaxed and feeling much better. Sarah also treated me for a shoulder impingement and she’s very careful and gentle with my shoulder injury. She will gently apply enough movement with no pain but ensure a slight stretch. She’s very good and caring with what she does. Highly recommend Sarah for any PT or stretching needs!

I had my first appointment with Sarah yesterday. I’ve been dealing with severe sciatica pain for over 3 years. My doctors insisted on prescribing muscle relaxers, pain killers and nothing that actually helped heal the pain I was experiencing. Within one hour of being with Sarah, she educated me on what was actually going on with my body. After years of pain, it’s finally gone! I cried, because this was the relief I was looking for. I am so happy with the care I received CORE Physical Therapy! Dr. Sarah is so knowledgeable and helpful! She cares very much about what she’s doing and provides excellent care! She was easy to schedule with and always made sure I knew how to do my exercises! She gave me a lot of reassurance about choosing PT instead of surgery and that increased my confidence greatly. I saw Dr Sarah, with C.O.R.E Physical Therapy, in early June with a reoccurring shin injury that forcedme to stoprunning. I was diagnosed with Posterior Tibial Tedonitiuos in my left foot. It was determined that my big toe was not.as limber which caused my foot to role. Can you believe it? A big toe issue! Over the course of the next 4 weeks Dr. Sarah put me through and prescribed several foot and toe excersises designed to strengthen my Posterior Tibial Tedon, and get me back to running. I've been running pain free since my last PT session and continue putting into practice the excersises and toe stretching routine that I started back in June. I have a half marathon race next week and am training for the St Jude Memphis Marathon in December. I would not have had this success if I hadn't seen Dr Sarah Edwards with C.O.R.E Physical Therapy. Her wealth of knowledge and genuine care for my well-being is is second to none. I highly recommend C.O.R.E Physical Therapy, Dr Sarah will put you back on your feet again 😉!!

Sarah is very professional and through in her delivery of services. I would recommend her 100%. I felt like I received a more personalized treatment plan as opposed to the big conglomerate physical therapy corporations. I will not hesitate to use her for future needs.

My first assisted stretching session reached some deep muscle inflammation that’s been untouchable for 3 months, and the next day I woke up with less pain for the first time in that span. Sarah is friendly and her office is conveniently located, clean and restful. She clearly understands how to help each body part without stressing joints, and I was amazed how many muscle groups were addressed. Will be making this a new go-to for fresh issues, and also a routine to help improve muscle health overall. Thank you, CORE!
