TheraMove is a great facility. After going to many facilities, TheraMove offers cupping, laser therapy, sonic therapy , Stimulation therapy along with exercises for your treatment plan. Just Outstanding. I have had knee surgery and physical therapy for other joint issues before but they are the best ive had. They take the time to explain how therapy can help— even an orthopedic surgeon did not explain my ultrasound photos to the extent they did. They COMBINE other methods with physical activities and stretching to achieve this goal- other therapists i went to just did the exercises alone, which helped, but not as well as their methods. Less

I went to TheraMove for my left hip and right knee. My initial evaluation included extensive questioning. My treatment was multifaceted. I was given exercises to do, as well as different treatment modalities. I received cupping, massage and laser treatment. Each treatment was directed to my current symptoms. I really didn't think I'd see much improvement, since I was in so much pain. I'm happy to report that I graduated from PT yesterday. Yes good conversation until you dont agree with them…I sought treatment at TheraMove for over six months without seeing any improvement. While they were initially professional, things changed when I suggested adjustments to my 12-year autoimmune disorder treatment. Despite sharing my previous successful experiences, they stuck to their professional judgment, leading to inconsistent treatments. Despite each scheduled hour-long visit, they only worked with me for about 20 minutes, spending the rest of the time out of the room. The varying service quality and dismissive attitude made it clear that my needs weren't being addressed, particularly in their not-so-busy office… although you are the professional I am the consultant and if either one of us fail I’m in trouble. Man, the whole team at TheraMove really helped me out. I came in with shoulder and hip pain and they were able to analyze and explain my issues so I knew exactly where the problems stemmed from. Instead of just giving me a basic set of exercises, they gave me a set of workouts to specifically target my problem areas and made sure I understood proper form so I could practice at home. After that they would follow up with me and, if I was ready, move me on to more intense exercises to both correct my issues and strengthen those problem areas. If I brought up any other pain or discomfort, they were able to help me with that too. The PTs were accommodating when I was running late and I always left both feeling relief and knowing what to do if I felt pain between my next appointment. They corrected my issues and I can’t thank these guys enough! Less

My experience at Theramove was very life changing. I found them on an internet ad and my instincts and research said it was the right fit to help with my condition. I have neurological issues that have baffled the top neurologists at Johns Hopkins and the NIH. The normal kinds of pain medicines all have unwelcome side effects. I have had hours of PT with no relief. Massage helps but doesn’t last. I found Dr. Dave and Nik on Facebook and thought, why not try this. I am so glad that I did! The office is tucked back in an industrial park in Towson. When you walk in you meet either Dr. Dave or Nik, no one else. Your treatment is tailored to you. They are very slowly working on my spine and then my core to wake up the nerves and muscles to help relieve the pain. I am on my third week of treatment and I have to say…it is working! They are the real deal. I am reluctantly singing their praises, but hope they do not get so busy that the personal touch goes out the window. What a special experience! Less

I came from Florida to Maryland to visit my sister, while there she had an appointment with Dr.Dave for physical therapy, we were talking and I explained to him I have carpel tunnel, Dr.Dave offered to do an ultrasound on my wrists to get a better look for himself and gave me some news no other doctor ever has. Dr.Dave also did a laser treatment on me to help ease my pain and discomfort. Keep in mind we only went there for my sisters appointment, I just met him and he did all this work for me just out of the kindness of his heart and took his time to ensure me what steps I need to do when I return to Florida. Been going here for about 3 weeks now twice a week the pain that I had when I first went was unbearable since my pain management treatments the laser has been awesome this is really helped me I get more movement out of my knee then I've had in years I will keep going until it is much better. When I came here I was in excruciating pain, & trust me I suffers from a lot of pain do to a lot of falls from being on chemo. Since I’ve been coming to get treatment I have been feeling so much better and I can sleep at night. Have been to a lot of places that did not help me and I couldn’t sleep good at night I would wake up in the middle night from pains not anymore. I’m gonna hate to stop coming here. I swear to beans it’s like having magic performed on you I feel a lot better ,still have a little ways to go but at least I can actually saying I’m really getting help.
