A great BIG, HUGE, STUPENDOUS attaboy to a local Plant City company.Whitt's Septic saved the day. Our septic alarm was going off last night and when I checked it this morning, Sunday May 31st it was still alarming.I called Whitt's Septic and expected to get a voicemail but I wanted to set up a service call ASAP. Much to my surprise Jennifer answered and said they have a tech on call and there is no extra charge for an emergency call.Within 10 minutes I received a text from Javier Diaz stating he was on his way.Less than an one hour after I reached out he was at our home. He diagnosed the problem and it was our pump not working. Javier thoroughly checked everything out and took great care of us.I am amazed. On a Sunday morning this problem was fixed in less than three hours start to finish.Great job Whitt's, great job Jennifer, Great job Javier..

From the first phone call, the staff was courteous, kind, and very supportive of our needs. The gentleman was a very hard worker explained everything he was to do and gave us the options of other items that may need to be done to our septic service. Definitely a five star company.

Septic tank pump: Whitts was very thorough, ensuring they got it all both sides. I didn’t even know there was two openings to pump. My septic tank is landscaped under pine bark mulch and they made sure it was all back and raked even when done. Multiple text updates prior so you don’t have to sit home and wait all day. Very professional, will use again. Equipment is legit, both workers very friendly.

Louis came on first thing Sunday morning to pump the tank out. He was nice, professional and took the time out to test everything. He even put the sod back in place that he had to dig up and water back in. I would recommend them to anyone that has a septic system.

Whitt’s Septic was amazing! I called (at night during a horrible storm) because my toilets were bubbling and my shower was backing up! My septic system has always been maintained by them but this was an emergency! I understood they couldn’t come right then but they made sure to put me first on the list the very next morning. Turned out my pump had stopped working at some point and the alarm didn’t sound because the pump tripped the electrical panel. I was obviously worried about the cost but it wasn’t as bad as I thought for all the work they did! And all right then and there! No waiting for electrical, parts or passing it off onto someone else. I couldn’t be happier with the prompt and caring attention while I was in full on panic mode. Highly recommend! Wonderful customer service and staff!
