Whitt’s Septic Service installed my new tank and drain field. I am incredibly pleased with the entire process. From the initial meeting and quote with Joel, the owner, to scheduling and administrative matters with Jennifer, and then the installation by Joseph Jackson.Additionally, all of the other individuals who came out to do the tank pumping, deliver and set the concrete tank, or assist with the installation were very polite and professional.In particular, I am extremely impressed with Joseph Jackson. He is a very polite, respectful professional. His work is impeccable and he patiently answered questions and explained what he was doing. He is a meticulous, neat and extremely industrious worker. I really appreciate that. I was honestly surprised that one man could do so much in so little time! He operates like a precision machine. The whole installation from start to finish only took about one and a half days, which included the inspection by Sarah Chancey, who is also a very polite person who explained what she was doing during the inspection process.As a fellow veteran, I like to give veteran owned businesses my patronage, especially when I get a competitive price for outstanding workmanship!I highly recommend Whitt’s Septic Service!

Louis Menendez came out from Whitt’s Septic Service and pumped our home’s septic tank as recommended every 5 years. I received text messages identifying Louis and his arrival time, and the entire process happened just like clock work. Louis took time to answer every one of my questions and was very professional and efficient. Whitt’s pricing was very competitive and their truck was very clean and well maintained. I’ve used Whitt’s twice now and will do so again in the future!

A great BIG, HUGE, STUPENDOUS attaboy to a local Plant City company.Whitt's Septic saved the day. Our septic alarm was going off last night and when I checked it this morning, Sunday May 31st it was still alarming.I called Whitt's Septic and expected to get a voicemail but I wanted to set up a service call ASAP. Much to my surprise Jennifer answered and said they have a tech on call and there is no extra charge for an emergency call.Within 10 minutes I received a text from Javier Diaz stating he was on his way.Less than an one hour after I reached out he was at our home. He diagnosed the problem and it was our pump not working. Javier thoroughly checked everything out and took great care of us.I am amazed. On a Sunday morning this problem was fixed in less than three hours start to finish.Great job Whitt's, great job Jennifer, Great job Javier..

Septic tank pump: Whitts was very thorough, ensuring they got it all both sides. I didn’t even know there was two openings to pump. My septic tank is landscaped under pine bark mulch and they made sure it was all back and raked even when done. Multiple text updates prior so you don’t have to sit home and wait all day. Very professional, will use again. Equipment is legit, both workers very friendly.
