My 03 Ls180 New Holland needed head work, arms and bucket pin tightening and minor hydraulic bucket repairs. I connected with this company on a Westminster fb page. Communication was easy and drop off went well after discussing my needs and timeline. After machine was received, there began to be less communication and days without response. I will divulge my initial expectations of having work done in two weeks, although shop was agreeable, wasn’t a practical timeline for this kind of repair. Even so, I had to call to get updates since as a business owner with ongoing projects, I needed more information to plan my weeks ahead. Due to being 50 minutes away from the shop, it was a bit challenging to coordinate pickup as there isn’t a person with regular weekly shop hours to receive you. I struggle with this myself as a single owner operator. The initial overheating and head work was done, new thermostat was put in along with gaskets as outlined in invoice. There were small details that needed attention, small leak in bucket hydraulic lines that just required tightening and the bottom oil drain screw had a small leak that just required tightening when it was home as well. Machine has been up and running smoothly operating as it should. I think this company has the potential to grow and be a great mechanic shop, just needs better systems in place. Even so, I would return back for additional work, as the pricing is fair and I was satisfied with the end result.

Brandon has been great to work with. We're not ready to buy a trailer and this is the perfect solution to that. My daughter barrel races and our quarter horse has no issues with self loading, tie out, etc. The inside of the trailer is immaculate, safe, all features function properly, and Brandon is very flexible with availability. The location in relevance to Ellicott City and perfect.

Brandon was more than generous during our rental period. Was accommodating of late hour pick ups and drop off. Helped me with a sticky hitch and hook the trailer up for me while I fill out paperwork. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.!
