Reading the reviews here I know I got over charged and wish those were discussed up front.... Very positive experience. One minor complaint is would have liked transaction fee of $395 to have been disclosed in the very first conversation. Other than that, everything was perfect. Agent listened to me, priced house appropriate, and received offers immediately, and was able to sell house very quickly, just what I wanted. I liked their software to track activity very much. Emails are sent informing when the house is being shown, with comments by prospective buyers, with questions involving if they think the house is priced appropriately, what they liked/disliked about it, etc. Very useful feedback, and they do a good job to make sure they get this feedback.
