Chuck Hawley was sent to my house to give an estimate. He was absolutely wonderful. He did a thorough inspection of my roof. Explained in detail what would be recommended. Sent me three different estimates. Did not force me to pick one over the other. We discussed all of my options and I made the decision of what would be best for my house and my budget. 10 stars. He was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. My roof repair was scheduled in a timely manner. The day of the replacement the crew arrived on time. Did the job faster than I thought and cleaned up wonderfully. I included new gutters . Those were done two days later and again the crew was on time , did the job and cleaned up better than I could have ever hoped. I have dogs who roam the yard so I was concerned. No issues. I recommend North Star Roofing. My best experience ever with a contractor.

Part of why we chose North Star was due to Google reviews, so I'll add another. We had a great experience getting our gutters replaced. Eric handled our initial consult which was professional and low pressure. No slimy sales tactics. We scheduled our gutters to be replaced, fascia capped, and part of a damaged roof be repaired. The crews that came out were professional, FAST, and the work looks great. Highly recommend!

We had a roof that was original to the house, 23 years old. I probably could have waited another year or two, but Roof Star came out after I called them and came back with a very good quote to put on a new roof. A date was set, dumpster was dropped off, but mother nature had other plans. It pored for three hours that day. North Star was there the very next day, they started at 7 am, and were finished by 1:30 pm. Cleaned up and gone. I was given a quote for my roof from another company, who came in at $43 thousand dollars. North Star was more than half that. Great experience start to finish getting a new roof with North Star. The first meeting was very thorough, with everything explained in detail. Price was in line with other excellent companies. On the day of the install, the team started working right on time. They were very efficient and finished in one day. They did a great job cleaning up. North Star Roofing was amazing and I am so happy I went with them over the 3 other roofing companies who came and gave me quotes. Jeff was great from the very beginning. Unfortunately, a new roof was not in my plans when purchasing a new house. Jeff helped make a really bad situation much better. He came out right away, did a very thorough inspection of my roof and attic. He was able to see things that my inspector and other roofing companies missed instantly. It was obvious I needed a new roof quickly as I was seeing water damage on the ceilings in multiple rooms every time it rained. Jeff and his team were able to get me on the books quickly to help prevent further damage to my new home. He handled all permits with the county and went above and beyond in personally calling my HOA to stress the importance of the quick turn around needed. Anyone who has lived in an HOA before knows how tedious the process can be getting requests approved quickly. Jeff could tell that I was very stressed from my situation and went above and beyond and graciously handled all the important details for me. His team showed up Saturday morning bright and early and got to work! I was very impressed with the tarp job they did to assure no damage was done to the house. Multiple times I saw his guys cleaning up and grass and using a magnetic tool to assure no nails were left behind. This was important as I have small kids. The quote was beyond fair as the other companies were leaving prices out that they would charge me for at the end, such as sheets of wood and certain material that my HOA requires. I was given real prices with no surprises. My new roof looks beautiful! I can not recommend North Star Roofing enough to people! Thank you for helping me and supporting me through this process!

5/5 stars – Our roof was in pretty bad shape and we needed gutters/downspouts as well. We haven’t done a large home repair in a long time so this seemed very overwhelming to us. I reached out to North Star Roofing and instantly felt more at ease about the scope of work needed after speaking with Kyle. He was on time, easy to talk to, he took the time to explain their company values, products, pricing, and most importantly he listened to what we said we needed! He was patient and very informative, he answered every question until I felt like I really understood the whole process and what we’d be spending our money on. He really guided us through the decisions of what we wanted vs. what we needed and he went above and beyond to keep our price point where we needed it to be. We got 5 estimates and even though North Star Roofing was not the lowest we were confident that they were the best value for what we’d get overall and they did not disappoint!!! Their crews were professional, polite and respectful, they were efficient, skilled, and careful with all aspects of clean up. They worked really hard in very hot weather to get done before storms hit in order to avoid delays. They took great care to avoid damaging my plants, flowers, and landscaping.
