Carlos and his team did an excellent job doing our kitchen and bath refresh. Once started they maintained schedule and finished on time. The quality of the work was exceptional, the cabinet finish smooth as glass, painting of walls, ceiling and trim turned out beautiful. The little carpentry work that was needed was high quality and kept with style of a 1920 home. We would highly recommend Carlos and his team. In fact we have asked him to look at several other areas of the house in need of repair.

November, 2025, we started our project with Carlos and Real Painting and Home Improvement by speaking with Carlos and getting a written estimate for house painting. I found the estimate was reasonable and I was impressed with the quick response whenever I contacted him. It was obvious that the project would not be done before the winter.When Carlos came to evaluate the project, he had noticed many carpentry repairs that needed to be done before the painting could start. We had not had the house painted in several years and it was evident that it needed more than painting.In March, Carlos’s carpentry team started to work and they were excellent. They worked neatly and were careful to clean up at the end of the day. There was much siding that needed to be replaced on our 50-year-old house.As the team worked, they identified a rotted triple joist that needed replacing in a sun room addition. Before beginning this extra work, Carlos provided an estimate, so I knew what needed to be done and the cost. It entailed interior wall replacement, exterior siding replacement, and interior painting. If this had not been identified, the roof in this part of the house could have collapsed.In May, exterior painting was done, after chances of cold weather had passed. The painting team was also excellent.Real Painting and Home Improvement teams worked as if this was their own home. Carlos’s attention to detail was very evident. He ensured that colors were matched and, if problems arose, they were resolved to my satisfaction. I recommend this reliable, responsible, and reasonably-priced company without reservation.

Carlos team did an incredible job with some interior painting and a light physical repair on a door frame. I was very impressed with how the workers were extremely careful in their prep work, they meticulously covered and taped literally EVERYWHERE to insure no paint would get splashed on any furniture or flooring. They were also very focused and worked very hard, not rushed, but focused on getting it done. I also was impressed by the owner Carlos and his continued communications with me throughout the project. I made some request for some changes halfway thru the project and Carlos accomodated my request with no problem and was very fair on the pricing.Overall, i was supremely impressed with the performance and quality of the work. I dont usually give out reviews, but this company deserved it. I would use them again for sure and give them my highest recommendation for anyone needing some interior painting.
