Although I did have to wait my turn, they consistently kept me updated throughout the process. Making the deposit payment was easy and convenient using Zelle. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Apex Roofing. They “fixed” my roof at an overpriced rate, and it started leaking again almost immediately afterward. Each time I called, they only patched the issue instead of actually resolving the underlying problem. This happened multiple times.Then, as soon as the warranty expired, they suddenly claimed the section needed to be replaced and wanted to charge even more money to repair what was essentially their own faulty work. It felt completely unreliable and borderline scammy.Overpriced, not trustworthy, and poor workmanship. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from Apex Roofing.

A very professional and above board company. All appointment times were on time. The estimator climbed on the roof and took measurements. I had other competitors just take satelite estimates and did not give a written estimate. All the workers were hardworking and respectful. I would hire Apex Enterprise again if I am around in 30 years.

If your roof is one storm away from becoming a skylight, call Apex Roofing…seriously. Before the rain season starts again. They showed up on time, didn’t try to upsell me with “space-age shingles,” and actually explained things in plain English. The crew was fast, friendly, and left zero mess behind.
