Engaging with My Functional Smile is life changing! If I had this opportunity as a child, I would have avoided wearing braces multiple times, still needing correction. The results obtained by my son because of the therapy were simply spectacular. Here is a short list of what he got from the therapy: he went from breathing through his mouth to breathing through his nose. He went from a diagnosis of asthma to not having an asthmatic symptom in more than a year. His sleep quality went from 2 to 10. He now wakes up refreshed and happy. As a result of all of these, his school work and sports performance improved significantly. He doesn’t get tired as easily and is able to pay attention in class. If this was not enough, my son has significant observable changes to his face. His chin went from small and round to pronounce and elongated. His face also elongated and he is now able to keep his tongue inside his mouth during daily activities and when swallowing. To top it, Sarah is a genuine, caring and approachable person. My son absolutely adores her and I’ll say that his personality improved after the interactions with her. He is more outgoing and more confident because she makes her sessions fun and in a way that my son could easily understand. Sarah is also a job finisher..Although we were getting great results after a few months, she finished the therapy when she thought my son was ready. I simply have no words to describe how Sarah and her therapy changed my son’s life and I hope that everyone takes advantages of her services. We will miss her.

Tongue Tied at 5 causing all sorts of speech, swallowing, eating and sleep issues. Sarah was our advocate that we so desperately needed to resolve these issues! Over the last several months, Sarah has worked diligently with us to get our son's tongue tie released. She went above and beyond with guiding, educating, and following up with us on all of the tongue tie exercises and post procedure. We were so impressed on how she worked so well with a hyper 5 year old, keeping him focused on the task at hand. She worked cohesively with Dr. Jessica Kacher and her team during the tongue tie procedure (God Bless the patience of Pediatric Dentists!) We are going to be forever grateful for Sarah and the team.

My Functional Smile is really helping my son with breathing through his nose which is helping him get more restful sleep! Makes me a happy mama!
