I absolutely love this gym! It has everything I need, with a great variety of machines and equipment for all of my workouts. One of my favorite things is that it’s never overly crowded, so I can always get my workout in without waiting around.The atmosphere is what really sets this gym apart. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, and the owners are incredibly kind and personable. They genuinely care about the people who come here and are always happy to answer questions, give training advice, or suggest new exercises and workouts to try. You can tell they want to see everyone succeed.

LifeChange Fitness is the most accurate name for this gym! Not only is it a non-judgmental place to workout, but enthusiastic and encouraging! The owners, Todd and Gayle, are often on site and are so kind- often sharing their knowledge and have made my workouts more effective. I have seen my lift gains double and fat fall off. Working out at LifeChange has definitely changed my life for the better!

Fantastic gym, great environment, great people. Genuinely one of my favorite gyms that I have worked out in a long time, a wide variety of awesome equipment that I really haven’t been able to use in many other places. The staff is fantastic, helpful kind and it feels like they genuinely take an interest in your betterment even if you aren’t apart of a specific class. Way better than any commercial gym I have ever been too. 10/10
