This is a wonderful gym with caring and knowledgeable owners and a very positive environment . There is a lot of verity in the equipment, everything functions great, and the gym is super neat and clean. It is a very welcoming and friendly environment— there are people of different ages there and it never feels crowded or rushed. I also love the classes — they are challenging but done in a way that is encouraging.

Very chill environment, machines have good weight load, and a lot of plate loaded equipment which I love! Great environment for however hard you want to work.

it's a smaller gym but I am impressed how many things they were able to fit in the space ! They keep it well organized and clean and are super friendly and helpful . It's never too crowded unless you go after the high school gets let out
