I had a fabulous experience at Elevate Audiology, it is a warm and friendly office, very professional, the doctor was so well educated in Tinnitus which I really needed, she explained Tinnitus in a very plan and simple way, there is alot of miss information and it can be very scary, the doctor was as happy as I was to be able to help me with my hearing loss, she was able to repair my hearing aids and I now can actually hear for the first time in years, I no longer need the TV turned up so loud my neighbors can hear it.

When I first moved to SC in early 2022, my hearing aids were reaching the end of their warranty. Upon hearing they would need to be sent in and I would be without them I cried thinking I would be without aids for that time. I was offered “loaners” to get me through the time mine were away having their final free maintenance done on them. This last week my hearing aids were not working properly and it caused much anxiety not knowing if it was the equipment or my ears. Dr. Alexandra Tarvin’s office had an opening and I am walking out with my hearing aids working correctly again! She and her staff are professional and efficient while being calming and reassuring. Dr Tarvin and staff are amazing!
