Dustin notified us when he was arriving (also gave us a "tracking") and attached his picture. Dustin did an outstanding job of explaining the process regarding what was needed for our garage door. Jason from MasterCraft Garage Door Service was fantastic to work with. We called in the morning, and he was able to come within a couple of hours. He was very personable and knowledgeable, and he communicated thoroughly throughout the process. He answered our questions and worked efficiently. He fixed a broken garage door that had fallen off the cable and replaced the motor/chain drive, springs, ball bearings & rollers, door seals, and cables on both of our older garage doors. Both doors are working (and much more smoothly now), and we appreciate the quieter, less clunky movement. We also love the modern updates. Thanks, Jason!
