From my first contact with Nigel through the installation with Erick, the process was professional, courteous and a true desire to meet my needs. Nigel gave me several options based on my needs and even communicated with me on Memorial Day, which I certainly didn't expect but was impressed and pleased. Erick, the installation tech was communicative and competent and productive! Three of my favorite traits in a service person. Their price was competitive and they did not try to upsell me on memeberships. Just good old fashioned practices that will keep me calling them back as needed. Service was new Garage Door opener
