He is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. Not only was he respectful, but he took great care while working in our house. He was very efficient. Our plumbing is noticeably better after this service. Josh was also a pleasure to work with. He was very accommodating with our schedule and very responsive to our needs. Josh was great on the phone to set up an appointment and gave me a very reasonable cost range - to be firmed up once they got there to see the details of what it would require. They sent out Richard and he couldn't have been better to work with. We hit a a very significant snag and honestly Richard would have been justified in passing at that point leaving it for me to hire additional services to sort out. He didn't though. Instead he figured out a work around which wasn't easy at all for him, but grunted it out and got it done. I paid the extra time required gladly. Well done!
