Oakwest Electric Ltd has completed two separate jobs at our house this month. We have been extremely satisfied with the company overall. Overall responsiveness and communication with James throughout the process has been 10/10. Kiel was dispatched to complete the work at our place. He was on-time and friendly. The first job was replacing the broken exhaust fan and adding a couple pot lights in a bathroom. Kiel ensured that his work area was tidy at all times.... even when cutting into drywall etc. He provided helpful suggestions and asked for our input regarding where the new lights were to be placed. The second job was the installation of a new pendant light fixture in our awkward stairwell/landing. Kiel again, provided helpful suggestions as to how the many lights in the fixture would best sit in terms of length. He also replaced the old style switches to new dimmer switches.
