He found extra voltage on my panel that saved me from doing a panel upgrade and for that I’m very grateful. We had James and his team check our panel to make sure it didn't need upgrading and to make sure everything was up to code. Within two days, everything was done! We highly recommend James and his team to anyone needing electrical work done. You will not be disappointed as they are punctual, efficient, and reasonable. Their customer service is top notch and that is such a rarity these days.

I contacted James after having power issues with my main breaker at home. He provided an assessment over the phone and sent me a proposal/estimate for the work to be done. James set me up with one of his technicians Kiel who was also amazing throughout . Kiel competed the work , explained everything he was doing and was friendly and knowledgeable . James arranged for the permit and contacted hydro to restore power after the work was competed. I highly recommend the team at Oakwest, honest and hardworking, excellent communication throughout and quality work done!

phone in to their office to get a quote for some electrical work.I needed done the receptionist took my information down, said technician would get back to me within half an hour.I do understand that they are busy , but i'm still not received a call back very unprofessional of a company not to call a customer back . i did also request them to email me the quote.Due to the fact that I was at work did not receive a phone call or an email
