I did the 8 week beginner friendly BJJ program in November. I had a great experience. I found it very challenging, but very rewarding. The coaching staff here are all super friendly and approachable. There really was no such thing as a silly question and they were more than happy to talk me through the basics when I was stuck. They have a nice set-up on the mats and all the coaching staff are very knowledgeable and want to see everyone do well. Hope to keep it up in 2026.

Visited the gym for a few weeks while working in Ireland. Really nice and knowledgeable people as well as tremendously welcoming every time I stepped on the mats. Really enjoyed my time there and hope to be able to return again

It's a family space. Right place in Tullamore for martial arts and their discipline. Besides, it has a complete box for Crossfit.I'm really enjoying my time there.
