Dr. Coach Kelli PT

I broke my ankle in January, spent 7 wks
in rehab, and when I came home, received a few wks of at-home therapy. I went back to work in April (on a very abbreviated schedule), and started PT with Dr. Kelli.
When I came to her, I was using a cane, and walking (shuffling) like a 95 y/o. She showed me how to do specific exercises to strengthen my ankle, get more mobility and break up the scar tissue. As I progressed, the exercises got more intricate. But, I finally understood the phrase “no pain - no gain”.
Within the past 2 wks, I’ve stopped using the cane altogether. I’m able to walk, albeit with a moderate amt of ankle pain, around the apt, at work, and outside, unassisted. And…I started driving again!!!!
Today was a HUGE win!!! I had no pain, not some, not a little, but no pain. I was walking properly, and my strides had gotten more fluid and normal. I am beyond happy.
I still have a ways to go, but under Dr. Kelli’s watchful eye and expert guidance, I’ll get there. Besides, I have a blast, I don’t think PT is supposed to be this much fun. I get superb therapy and have some laughs to boot.
Dr. Kelli truly performs miracles, painful ones, but miracles nonetheless. I know, for a fact, that I wouldn’t be progressing as well as I am if it weren’t for her. She loves what she does and it shows in her care.
I highly recommend Dr. Kelli without reservation. If you need PT, you couldn’t make a better choice.
