Extractor fan recently installed in my bathroom by CT electrical installations. It is leaking water. It was not installed correctly.I contacted Liam 5 times who said he would send out worker to fix. Then lied and no one has fixed the fan.I have taken time off work and no one has come. Under sales of goods act I have paid for a service that is not fit for service.*Poor customer service.*poor workmanship.I have paid for a service and i will be unable to use the extractor fan. Liam has refused to refund me. Unproffessional and incompetent.

The thought of a full rewire on our new home was quite daunting. Even more so when we'd still be living there during the process. I shouldn't have worried. Carl and the team recently fitted an EV charger for me and can’t recommend them enough.They came out to quote the same day that I called up, priced the job within a couple days and were able to fit us in the following week as needed the charger as soon as feasible. A really quick turnaround!When installing the charger they were very tidy and respectful and managed to completely conceal the cable throughout the house, which was exactly what we wanted. Great work by Liam and Carl in taking out a very old burglar alarm and fitting a new one with door and room sensors plus a video camera. Very easy to use via a mobile phone so we can keep an eye on the house while we're out. They also replaced a 11 way fully RCBO consumer unit fitted with SPD in the cellar. Very reasonable price. Very happy to recommend them.
