What should have started out as a relatively simple electrical job became much more than expected (no fault of the company)During the course of changing some sockets around it became evident that a full house rewire was required. I was shown why and a full test was carried out to check if it was indeed the whole house.Although the initial quote given was quite high we managed to agree on a price which would include the original jobs requested and the rewire.On the whole the guys were punctual and professional and the workmanship is of good standard. They left minimal mess with even our plasterer stating how neat the walls still appeared.Some additional sockets and small changes were made at no additional cost too, including our kitchen spot lights which we got told were not safe and had the potential to start an electrical fire!Overall the lads did a great job, they kept us informed throughout as best they could managed to keep us connected as much as possible (we work from home) and kept mess and general disruption to a minimum.We would recommend CT Electrical to others and thank them for there service 🙂

Great communication (actually came to see the location and talk to me). So many only communicate electronically now and expect payment up front. These guys were excellent from moment one and only asked for payment once the job was complete (electric vehicle charger). Polite, friendly and tidy. Five star. Rich.

1st impression count and the response to our email enquiry and updates were done promptly. We were impressed as they looked professional when they arrived to quote. Nothing was left hanging and we received messages well outside of 9-5. They turned up on the set day and time and carried out their work efficiently and tidily. The area was left in a very tidy condition and explanation how things work with the EV charger. I would highly recommend this company, the work ethic and ethos is excellent. Extractor fan recently installed in my bathroom by CT electrical installations. It is leaking water. It was not installed correctly.I contacted Liam 5 times who said he would send out worker to fix. Then lied and no one has fixed the fan.I have taken time off work and no one has come. Under sales of goods act I have paid for a service that is not fit for service.*Poor customer service.*poor workmanship.I have paid for a service and i will be unable to use the extractor fan. Liam has refused to refund me. Unproffessional and incompetent.
