Avoid if you live outside London.I had an appointment scheduled during the London Tube strikes on 2 June 2026. As someone travelling from outside London and working during the morning, I contacted the clinic to explain that the transport disruption would make it very difficult for me to attend at the scheduled time. I asked whether the appointment could be moved later that day (90min later or anytime after that) and when that wasn't possible, I offered to attend at any other time during the week.Despite being completely flexible, I was told that no alternative appointments were going to be possible and that I would need to pay another fee to book again.What I find particularly frustrating is the complete lack of flexibility during a major, widely publicised transport disruption that was affecting thousands of people travelling into central London. Rather than trying to find a reasonable solution, the clinic simply enforced its policy without any consideration of the circumstances.Patients travelling from outside London should be aware of this. If unexpected events make it difficult for you to attend, don't expect any accommodation, even if you contact the clinic in advance and are willing to reschedule at their convenience.Very disappointing customer service and not the level of understanding I would expect from a premium Harley Street practice.Edit: After I posted my review, the clinic contacted me and offered to change the in-person consultation to an online consultation. However, I was informed that I would still lose £100. I politely declined, as this did not address the issue or represent a fair resolution from my perspective.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience – Couldn’t Be HappierI cannot recommend Dental Art Clinic and Dr Helia enough.I originally had composite bonding done in June 2021, with two full composites and two edge bondings. Over time they had become discoloured and chipped, so I decided it was time for a refresh. Rather than just replacing what I had, I wanted to go for a full smile makeover with composite bonding across my top 8 teeth.I came across Dental Art Clinic on Instagram and saw their offer of £150 per tooth for a full 8-tooth smile transformation. Considering the quality of the work I’d seen, it was an offer I couldn’t ignore. I also had my old composite removed and underwent teeth whitening beforehand, and the whole treatment still came to under £2,000.From my first appointment, the service was brilliant. Dr Helia is incredibly talented and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. She explained every step, listened to exactly what I wanted, and took so much care in making sure everything looked perfect.The end result is better than I imagined. My teeth look natural, bright and balanced, while still looking like my smile. The attention to detail is incredible.I travelled from Coventry to London for every appointment, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. The level of care, professionalism and quality of work made the journey more than worthwhile.Thank you to Dr Helia and the whole team at Dental Art Clinic. I’m absolutely delighted with the result and would recommend them to anyone considering composite bonding. ❤️

I had composite bonding done on my top teeth by Dr Helia and from start to finish she was really informative, attentive and made sure I was comfortable. I am over the moon with my results and will be back soon to have my bottom teeth also composite bonded

Couldn’t recommend enough, had 20 composite veneers done by Dr Helia and she was amazing! So lovely and polite throughout the appointment and she did exactly what I was hoping for and better!
