I have always been extremely nervous about visiting the dentist, but Sonali put me at ease right away.​She was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She took the extra time and effort to explain every single step of the process before doing anything, which completely put my mind at ease. Her gentle, reassuring approach made a world of difference.​I left the appointment feeling relaxed, confident, and completely happy to return for my future checkups. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Harley Street Dental Art Clinic and, in particular, with Dr Helia Javadi.I had visited a couple of other dentists before finding Harley Street Dental Art Clinic, but I chose Dr Helia because she made me feel at ease straight away. I spent a long time thinking about having composite bonding done and was quite nervous about making such a big change to my smile. From my very first appointment, Dr Helia listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and understood that I wanted my teeth to look beautiful but still natural and like me.The whole process was handled with such patience, care and attention to detail. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I really appreciated being able to discuss even the smallest adjustments until I was completely happy with the result.I’m absolutely delighted with my new smile. The result is exactly what I hoped for — brighter and fresher, but still natural-looking. I am deeply disappointed with the approach to patients at this clinic. Despite my explicit request for a callback and a clear explanation of my complicated situation (caring for my dying mother and facing major logistical challenges abroad), the practice completely ignored me after promising a call back. Because they failed to call and schedule me, I missed the only opportunity that I had managed to organize the cover with a nurse so I could fly back just for a dentist's appointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects a basic level of human understanding and respect for a patient's time.
