This company is amazing! They were super professional, walked me through how to use my cameras and got everything done in a timely manner. Alfredo & Jose did great installing my cameras. Freddy rocks!! He was very patient and walked me through the setup over the phone. He even called me back after I had to contact my internet provider for assistance with my extender. Dealing with this ADT dealership has been nothing but a frustrating experience. The owner, Freddy, is unprofessional and unreliable. He was quick to close the deal, but once the paperwork was signed, the communication stopped.The installation was rushed, corners were cut, and when problems started happening, Freddy was nowhere to be found. Every time I tried reaching out for help or clarification, I either got ignored or given excuses.A home security system is something you should feel confident about, but this dealership left me feeling stressed and disappointed. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. There are much better and more honest ADT representatives out there.

Great customer service from techs to salesmen up to manger level. On the day of installation salesmen came out to check on the operation and all the manger came to check on everything and explained and showed me and my wife how work the system.
