When they first installed my equipment they installed cameras that were not only not part of my contract, but didn't even work because ADT no longer carries that equipment. I was directed to reach out to ADT from them, and ADT directed me to Spartan, over and over again. I'm now in the process of cancelling my contract and Spartan refuses to send me an invoice that reflects the correct amount that is owed. I was threatened with "if you don't pay it a lien will be taken out on your home," which isn't legal in Texas. They don't follow the contract and try to add things not included in the contract when cancelling, like the equipment that was originally waived and I'm now getting charged $1600 for. Less
