I’ve been going to Renovo Clinic for my laser hair removal and honestly I’ve had a really good experience. Everyone is super nice and welcoming, and I especially want to mention Tiba. She’s always so kind, patient, and makes sure I’m comfortable during the whole session. She actually takes the time to talk to you and explain things instead of just rushing through the appointment. I’ve already noticed a really good difference from the treatments and I’m really happy with the results so far. Definitely recommend Renovo, and if you get Tiba you’re in good hands!

I asked to fix my nasal bunny lines that is normally takes 5-8 units to fix , but instead of it considering I was not knowledgeable much about it , they forced me to have 20 units on my forehand for 160$ total motivated it helped, that eventually it didn’t fix it.I came back in a week after and asked to fix it, got 5 units extra for free after negotiating 😆on my nasal spot but still see the same result after 3 months, probably was not much injections were done 😉Another problem was with velashape 3 when they charged me of 339$ cad with taxes incl for 15 minutes per session but in other clinic nearby its 265 $ with taxes per 15 minutes for 2 sessions and i could proceed there . I am so disappointed with Renovo clinic pushy tactics and prices …🙁Customers be aware and shop for other better clinics before committing your body to their services …UPDATE: The clinic actually tracked down my personal phone number from my client records to call me directly and question me about this review.I immediately hung up and blocked them.Using private customer data to bypass Google and harass a reviewer directly on their personal phone perfectly proves my point about their aggressive, pushy tactics.They are not my friends to call me on my personal phone asking questions.

Nobody told me numbing cream was an extra $60 until it appeared on the bill. Also it was applied for about 4 minutes before she started, which does nothing. So i paid sixty dollars to be told to relax while it hurt exactly as much as it would have anyway.

Asked which neurotoxin she was using - Botox, Dysport, Nuceiva, whatever - and she said "honestly theyre all basically the same." They are not the same. Different units, different spread, different onset. If you cant name the product your injecting into someone's face you should not be holding the syringe.

I want to be really specific here because i think people should know. Booked CoolSculpting on my lower abdomen, $1,850 for 2 cycles. The tech mentioned in passing that the applicator was "the older one because the other machines in use" - didnt think much of it. About 20 min in the cold felt different, sharper, not the numb feeling ive read about. I said something and she said thats normal. Afterward the skin was white and waxy looking with a hard edge where the cup was. My family doctor called it a superficial cold injury and told me to photograph it. Renovo's response was a form email about how "temporary discomfort and discolouration are expected outcomes." I still have a pale square on my stomach 7 months later. Its not discomfort. Its a mark.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The Botox results were poor, and I was left with significant bruising after the treatment, which was much worse than I had expected.What concerned me most was the lack of transparency regarding the number of Botox units I had remaining for my follow-up appointment. I was told different amounts at different times, which made it difficult to trust the information I was being given.Overall, I left feeling disappointed and concerned about the quality of care and communication. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
