Aloha Walked into their store today for the first time. And I have passed their store 100's of time over the last 10 years. They are locoated in the supermarket that I do my grocery shopping & other "KUPUNAs". Nigel & Jeff were great. Gave my phone to Nigel and within 15-20 minutes he had my phone fixed, My phone had been affected by a virus for about 4 days now. Initially Nigel was not going to charge me. But I said I should pay you something. It was not the expertise that Nigel showed. It was how Nigel and Jeff showed that they cared. They encourage me to return, even if I only needed questions answered. Jeff expressed he wanted "KUPUNA's" to have a place to come to get questions answered. This is rare in today's business environment. Where it is always pay first. Nigel & Jeff have found a customer for life. Francis

I dropped my phone on the concrete near the beach in Waikiki and completely shattered the screen. I walked in expecting to leave my phone for days or pay a fortune, but the Vanna was amazing and very helpful and she was able to get fixed pretty quickly. The new screen looks and works just like the original factory display, and the price was very fair. Super friendly staff and lightning-fast service! I highly recommend this repair shop. I must admit I nearly had a heart attack this afternoon when I looked at my phone and the screen was completely black while on standby. It was even worse when no matter what buttons I pressed I could not get the display to appear. I knew it was working because I could hear my alerts but had no way of checking them with a black screen. Immediately jumped on the laptop and watched numerous YouTube videos about bringing back the blank screen by a force restart to no avail. I went on Google and Aloha Phone Repair by TCA Wireless - Pearl City was the first result for mobile phone repair. I saw 5 stars for their review so I called immediately. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and she even checked to see if a replacement screen was in stock. Amazing that it was in stock so I rushed down to the Pearl City store as fast as I could. Jeff greeted me and I explained that I called and that I would like my screen replaced. He was awesome because he asked me questions about my phone to get an idea if it was indeed the screen needing replacement. I couldn't believe when he said they'll try and replace it and if it doesn't work they won't charge me. Really! It sounded too good to be true. Jeff gave me a ticket and said to give them about an hour to fix my phone. It was soo nice and cool in the shop that I just ended up waiting for it. Sure enough just shy of an hour Jeff told me I can watch Gio work his magic in repairing the glass screen. I started chatting with Gio and he was very knowledgable and skilled while working on my phone. Gio is amazing and he takes great pride in his work as it shows in the results. He handed me my phone and said test it out and I was blown away at how neat his work is and spot on everything worked perfectly. Also, they are very reasonably priced for the excellent work that they do. I give Jeff and Gio a 10/10 in every aspect of their work. They brought my phone back to life which I can't even express how thankful I am. I will definitely refer my friends to see Jeff and Gio if they need their phone fixed!
