I found this place on Facebook and was immediately drawn to the fact that they specialize in beginners and people over 40. I had shared with the Head Trainer during the consultation that I was most concerned with using correct form so that I don't hurt my neck, which seems to happen every time I have worked with other gyms or trainers. She assured me that I would love Zach (the trainer) and that he was excellent in helping in those areas.Well I am just over 2 months in, and I could not be happier! The absolute BEST part of this gym is Zach. He is hands down the most skilled, personable, and attentive trainer I’ve ever worked with. He always makes sure I’m using correct form, keeps an eye on my neck, and pushes me just the right amount, every session. If I tried to do these workouts on my own, I know I’d either give up or cut corners—but he makes sure I’m giving my best and consistently challenging myself. For that reason, I have actually put on muscle, more than ever before, and I feel stronger every week. I am impressed with the progress I have made in such a short period of time, and it's definitely due to the small class size and Zach's attentiveness. I look forward to these sessions so much, and because you get to know the other people you are working out with (class sizes max a 6) it is super motivating and fun. After making the rounds at the local gyms in Parker I am so glad I found this place, it has helped me fall in love with working out, which is something I have typically struggled with. Can't recommend enough!!
