I had a great experience with M & M Sign & Awning. The salesman, Mike, was informative and very easy-going. He always responded to texts and emails. He provided renderings of where the awning would be positioned on our house, along with several color choice renderings. Once the order was placed, we were originally told it would take about 4 weeks, but it came in sooner than that. The installation took about 3 hours to complete. We will need to have an electrician wire it permanently, but it's currently working with an extension cord tucked into the siding. The awning came with an "emergency use only" manual hook/twist but the size was too short for our house. I asked for a longer one and found it on the table on my deck today. I don't think you could do any better than using M & M Sign & Awning!

We just had our deck enclosed with the sun enclosure. It is amazing and looks like it was meant to be there. We now have over 500 more square feet of living space that can be used all year.
