Ego Collision is by far a professional establishment. Our Tesla was crashed needed to come here for insurance adjuster to do inspection but long story short after looking at the cleanliness of this body shop and attention to detail it was a no brainer to move forward with them. My insurance already works with them. They set up enterprise rental for me down the block that they have an established relationship already and even took me over once paperwork was completed. Adriana was amazing kept me up to date throughout the process with timeline and even extended rental by communicating on my behalf to enterprise. She really made process so easy. I’ve honestly never had such a seamless experience at a body shop it’s always a nightmare if you’re from Miami you know what I mean. I highly recommend Eco Collision to anyone looking to fix their vehicle and be treated with the red carpet customer service from start to finish. FYI I never write reviews but they deserved it. Less
