I'm not sure who Cameron is in regards to the company but he has helped me exponentially getting a trailer. I tried going through U-Haul, Penske and many more big companies and it was such a hassle. So many steps to go through to get an online quote, accounts you have to set up and make just to get spam emails and nothing but endless phone calls or driving around to see what they "have in stock". None of those places mentioned any specifications or clarified any needs that I would have or might run into during the rental. I spent 6 hours in one day driving to home depot, u-haul, penske, Hertz and Rider with NO success. Don't bother with these massive chain companies that just want you for your $1.29 a mile after the flat rate. Cameron answered on the second ring and was communicating with me non-stop the entire time making sure I had everything I needed to have a successful move. Cameron even sent a 5-minute video going through the entire trailer to make sure everything worked and I understood how everything functioned. You do not get this kind of hospitality and compassion working with chain companies. I will no longer recommend U-Haul, Penske or any of those companies when it comes to moving. I would recommend to Blue Bear Trailers that you're advertising needs to be revamped or broadcasted more to the general public in the Gilbert area. I was unfamiliar with this company and was a little hesitant about them due to the minimal google reviews and also the address on Google sends you to a Sherwin Williams paint store, so that was the only minor issue i had that threw me for a loop. But everything is squared away and Cameron has been a lifesaver. Word of Mouth spreads like wildfire and this company's customer service should be a blueprint for all the other rental companies in the valley. Less
