I was introduced to Andrew through a friend that had recently purchased a house with him. I was unsure about whether or not we would even want to buy a house, as we were not in a rush, however Andrew was super helpful and walked us through the entire process of purchasing a home. We looked at a few dozen homes together and I never got the sense that he was pushing us to decide or to even buy a house at all. He was very honest about flaws in homes. More than once he told us that homes wouldn't be worth the effort or the money that they were being listed at, which I appreciated. He was also knowledgeable about relevant things that weren't on my radar at all (location re train tracks, types of plumbing, knob and tube wiring, amongst other things). Andrew also recommended my home inspector, lawyer, and mortgage broker which were also great people to work with. Andrew never had us sign anything to commit us to his services, which I appreciated as we were very undecided on buying a home period until we stumbled upon something that was perfect for us. Andrew also went above and beyond after closing once we had uncovered unexpected damages. He facilitated and covered the fixing of a pretty serious leak - I am so grateful that he was able to help us with this as we had loads on our plate as we had just moved in a week prior.
